San Francisco in Black and White - San Francisco Bay Area Photographer

I celebrated the birthday of our fabulous nation this 4th of July weekend in an untraditional way. My husband and I spent a couple of days in one of our country's most beautiful, unique and colorful cities, San Francisco.

It was my very first time riding on a cable car, hanging out in Union Square and going to a few of my in-law's favorite restaurants. We had our fair share of oysters at the Swan Oyster Depot and Foreign Cinema as well as enjoyed some amazing meals at Le Colonial. Too much fun in two days if you ask me but I loved every moment!
I have lived in the area for about 8 years now but we don't get the chance to visit the city very often so I'm always in awe at the gorgeous old buildings, tons of people and crazy drivers. This time I decided to be a little bit touristy and had my camera out the majority of the time and am so glad I did.

I took the photos as if I was viewing everything in black and white for an old city feel. I love black and white photography as it evokes a lot of emotion and shows off amazing detail. Enjoy!
